When Dani’s contacted by Lady Ellen Pemberton to cater a dinner the night before the Dahlia Show she’s hosting in the village of Tintagal in North Cornwall, England, she’s completely put off by the woman’s imperious attitude. Fortunately, Giles, the son of one of the dahlia judges, is a Los Angeles Police Department homicide detective who has flown to England to make sure his mother won’t be collateral damage if there is an incident at the dinner. Along with Arthur and Matt, Arthur’s right-hand man, they team up, hoping to keep the dinner drama free.
But that may be more difficult than they think, because Lady Pemberton carries drama with her wherever she goes, often of her own making.
Join Dani, Arthur, Matt, and Giles, as they combine their efforts to keep Lady Pemberton alive, even though privately each of them thinks the village may be far better off if she’s dead.
