Author Description:
NANCY FRASER—Jumping Across Romance Genres with Gleeful Abandon—is an Amazon Top 100 and Award-Winning author who can’t seem to decide which romance genre suits her best. So, she writes them all.

Like most authors, Nancy began writing at an early age, usually on the walls and with crayons or, heaven forbid, permanent markers. Her love of writing often made her the English teacher’s pet which, of course, resulted in a whole lot of teasing. Still, it was worth it.

Published in multiple genres, Nancy currently writes for two publishers, and has recently thrown her hat into the self-publishing ring. She has published over thirty-five books in full-length, novella, and short format.

When not writing (which is almost never), Nancy dotes on her five wonderful grandchildren and looks forward to traveling and reading when time permits. Nancy lives in Atlantic Canada where she enjoys the relaxed pace and colorful people.

Amazon Author Profile

Author Description:
Maddie James writes to silence the people in her head--if only they wouldn't all talk at once!

Whether writing traditional contemporary romance or building paranormal worlds, bestselling romance author, Maddie James, pens stories that frequently cross a variety of romantic sub-genres. Sweet or spicy, suspense or comedy, western or time-travel, her heroes and heroines are always chasing one thing--the happily-ever-after.

Maddie is a Food Network junkie, a struggling gardener, an amateur photographer, a sometimes artist, a by-the-seat-of-her-pants writer, and a closet hermit. She writes every day in her sunroom looking out over a rolling corn field and wouldn't have it any other way. She frequently rescues stray fur-babies and wayward plants and an occasional antique wicker table but has ceased rescuing two-legged strays (her mother is happy about that). All these quirky topics, and more, make their way into her books.

Her first book, THE WILD WEST, a Kensington Precious Gems romance, received a Calico Trails Cameo Award. RED: A SEDUCTION TALE, claimed first place as the Romance Book Scene's favorite novella of the year. A four-time nominee for a CAPA/Psyche Award from The Romance Studio, she has received numerous Top Pick, 5 Star, and Best Read reviews from various reviewers. Her books have landed on Amazon Top 100 Paid Bestseller lists, including BROKEN, a #1 bestseller in western romance. Maddie has been listed as a Top 100 Most Popular Contemporary Romance Author at Amazon.

Affaire de Coeur says, "James shows a special talent for traditional romance," and RT Book Reviews claims, "James deftly combines romance and suspense, so hop on for an exhilarating ride."

Author Description:
Through an illogical twist of fate, Caroline Clemmons was not born on a Texas ranch. To compensate for this inexplicable error, she writes about handsome cowboys, feisty ranch women, and scheming villains in a small office her family calls her pink cave. She and her Hero live in North Central Texas cowboy country where they ride herd on their rescued cats and dogs. The books she creates there have made her an Amazon bestselling author and won several awards. Find her on her blog, website, Facebook, Twitter, Goodreads, Google+, and Pinterest.

Prior to writing full time, her jobs included stay-at-home mom (her favorite), secretary, newspaper reporter and featured columnist, assistant to the managing editor of a psychology journal, bookkeeper for the local tax assessor and--for a short and fun time--an antique dealer with her youngest daughter.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your viewpoint), she and her daughter took the most interesting antiques home and didn't make much money selling what was left. They enjoyed themselves tremendously, though. If she ever wins the lottery, she'll go back into the antique business while continuing to write. When she's not indulging her passion for writing, Caroline enjoys reading, travel, browsing antiques, genealogy, painting, and getting together with friends.

She has written articles for several genealogy periodicals and has put together three family books: one for the family of her mother, one for her father, and one for her mother-in-law. She often uses family names in her historical novels for accuracy to the time period.

On her blog or her website you can sign up for her newsletter and receive a free novella, HAPPY IS THE BRIDE. Being on Caroline's mailing list will also keep you informed of new releases, contests, and giveaways. Don't worry, no salesman will call

Author Description:
I was always daydreaming as a kid, about living in elegant places where other people made your bed and dusted your furniture, wearing clothes that screamed triumphantly, "Liz Claiborne, size two!" every time I put them on, and writing blockbuster novels. Instead, I live in a big old farmhouse back a dusty lane, where whoever is the last one out of bed makes it and no one bothers with dusting. My clothes mumble sheepishly, "J. C. Penney, buy a bigger size." And my novels aren't what you'd call blockbusters. What they are is stories about people like me and maybe like you, whose dreams have gone awry or simply withered up and died. It's my job as a writer to take care of those dreams, either by straightening out the old ones or finding new ones. Either way, I love it, and I'd love hearing how you feel about how I've done that job.

Author Description:
Peggy Jaeger writes contemporary romances and rom coms about strong women, the families who support them, and the men who can’t live without them.

Family and food play huge roles in Peggy’s stories because she believes there is nothing that holds a family structure together like sharing a meal…or two…or ten. Dotted with humor and characters that are as real as they are loving, Peggy brings all aspects of life into her stories: life, death, sibling rivalry, illness, and the desire for everyone to find their own happily ever after. Growing up the only child of divorced parents she longed for sisters, brothers and a family that vowed to stick together no matter what came their way. Through her books, she has created the families she wanted as that lonely child.

Author Description:
Whether it is the Bluegrass of Kentucky, the mountains of Montana, or Medieval England, Jan Scarbrough brings you home with romances from the heart.

Jan is the author of two popular Bluegrass series, writing heartwarming contemporary romances about home and family, single moms and children, and if the plot allows, about another passion--horses. Living in the horse country of Kentucky makes it easy for Jan to add small town, Southern charm to her books and the excitement of a Bluegrass horse race or a competitive horse show.

Jan leaves her contemporary voice behind with two paranormal gothic romances, Timeless and Tangled Memories, a Romance Writers of America (RWA) Golden Heart finalist. Her historical romance, My Lord Raven, is a medieval story of honor and betrayal.

A member of Novelist, Inc., Jan has published with Kensington, Five Star, ImaJinn Books, Resplendence Publishing and Turquoise Morning Press. Today she self-publishes her books with her husband's help. She has published 23 romances.

Editorial Review

I have read all four of the Ghost Mountain Ranch series. They are a good blend of mystery and romance. Each story builds on the one before, so it would be best to read them in order. Each new character brings with him or her another new twist to the story. With Kelsey's book, we finally find the answers to all of the puzzles. Kudos to Jan Scarbrough for keeping the characters interesting and the plot twists intriguing from the first book to the last.
